Based in the label’s regional headquarters in Miami, Melissa oversees strategic brand partnerships and premium content distribution. In her role she procures, negotiates, and executes large-scale business partnerships for the label, managing a multi-million-dollar book of business with Fortune 500 companies. A passionate content producer, at Sony Music she co-created the award-winning original music documentary series En Letra de Otro winning her first Latin Grammy® award as producer for the series’ inaugural edition starring singer-songwriter Pedro Capó.

Since her debut in 2004, Nicole Henry has established herself as one of the jazz world's most acclaimed performers, possessing a potent combination of dynamic vocal abilities, impeccable phrasing, and sincere, powerful emotional resonance. Her passionate, soulful voice and heartfelt charisma have earned her a Soul Train Award for “Best Traditional Jazz Performance," and three Top 10 U.S. Billboard and HMV. Ms. Henry tells real stories through unparalleled interpretations of repertoire from the American Songbook, classic and contemporary jazz, popular standards, blues and originals. She has captivated audiences in over 20 countries. Ms. Henry has also performed in more than 30 music festivals worldwide and in some of the world’s most famous venues In late 2019, Ms. Henry returned to the theatrical stage and garnered critical praise in the musical “The Bodyguard,” and in 2021, she will perform in the new musical “A Wonderful World,” the story of Louis Armstrong.

David Nathan a well-known and respected veteran, with 30 years in the entertainment business, working with A-list celebrities throughout his career such as Taylor Swift, Elton John, Prince, and Ariana Grande, to name a few. David was Senior VP of Promotion and Artist Development for more than 20 years at Republic Records and Big Machine Label Group, and as the Head of Promotion for BMG Records. In late 2017, Nathan founded D&D Endeavors, a talent management and consulting company, dedicated to seeing clients and their careers expand from all points in their evolution. Bill O’Dowd graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, and a master’s degree from Creighton University. Bill has served on the United Way Worldwide Leadership Council and has served as an Adjunct Professor at UM for over 20 years. His company, Dolphin Entertainment recently acquired Shore Fire Media, the music industry’s leading PR firm, representing music artists and cultural tastemakers at the top of their fields.
